Stalker was an exclusive figure that was available in the United Kingdom and Europe around 1984 by the Palitoy toy company. He was available packaged with a black and yellow repaint of the VAMP.
A limited number of these figures were available domestically at the 1992 G.I.Joe convention, packaged as "Snake Eyes".
This Action Force Stalker should not be confused with the American version of Stalker (1982).
